1. Domestic Pan-India Shipping

We take immense pride in delivering our handcrafted bridal couture and designer sarees safely across all pin codes in India.

• Free Express Shipping: Available on all domestic orders above ₹5,000. Orders below ₹5,000 incur a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹150.
• Courier Partners: We ship exclusively through insured premium express logistics including Blue Dart, DTDC Air, and Delhivery.
• Dispatch Timelines: In-stock catalog sarees and ready-to-wear items dispatch within 2-3 business days. Custom tailored bridal lehengas and gowns require 10-15 business days for master artisan handwork and stitching.
• Transit Time: Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad) deliver in 2-4 business days post-dispatch. Rest of India delivers in 4-6 business days.

2. Worldwide International Shipping

Rajshri Fashions regularly caters to destination brides and international customers across USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.

• Courier Partners: International consignments are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, and Aramex with end-to-end door-to-door tracking.
• International Shipping Charges:
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): ₹1,800 (~80 AED) flat insured air courier.
  • Singapore & Malaysia: ₹2,000 (~32 SGD / ~110 MYR) flat insured air courier.
  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia & Europe: ₹2,500 (~$30 USD / ~£24 GBP) flat insured air courier.
• International Delivery Timelines: Dispatches reach destination countries in approximately 5-8 business days from the dispatch date.

3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

All orders are dispatched directly from our atelier in Chennai, India. International shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier agent upon parcel clearance.

4. Order Tracking & Real-Time Alerts

Once your package is inspected by our quality control department and handed over to the courier, an automated email and WhatsApp notification with your Tracking AWB number and live tracking link will be transmitted to you immediately.
